Multi-agency risk management (MARM)
The MARM group support adults with complex needs. It coordinates responses to safeguarding cases for adults who are at high risk. For example, due to domestic abuse, mental health, homelessness or substance abuse.
The MARM process brings agencies together to:
- share information, decision making and responsibility for risk assessment
- identify a lead agency or practitioner
- improve engagement with adults, leading to better outcomes.

Make a referral to the MARM Group
To make a referral, complete a risk assessment and this form:
